We work with a wide range of manufacturing operations. Our experience includes projects for brick manufacturing, material handling, industrial equipment, production machinery, and other manufacturing environments.
Because many of our projects are custom, we don't limit ourselves to a single industry. If your facility has a machine, component, structure, or production problem that needs to be engineered or fabricated, we're happy to evaluate it.
Yes. We regularly work from customer-supplied drawings, prints, CAD files, dimensions, and specifications.
Our build-to-print services can accommodate projects ranging from individual machined components to larger fabricated and machined assemblies.
If you don't have a complete drawing, that doesn't mean we can't help. Our engineering and design capabilities allow us to develop the information needed to manufacture many custom components.
Yes.
A project doesn't have to start with a finished engineering drawing. We can work with a concept, existing equipment, measurements, photographs, sketches, or a description of the problem.
Our engineering and design process can take a concept through 3D modeling and refined drawings before the project reaches the shop floor.
This approach allows the design, engineering, fabrication, and machining teams to work together before manufacturing begins.
Build-to-print means you provide the engineering information and specifications, and we manufacture the component or assembly to those requirements.
Design-build means we can participate earlier in the process. You may provide a concept or describe the problem, and we help develop the design and manufacture the finished product.
Design-build can be particularly useful when a manufacturing facility knows what it needs to accomplish but doesn't have the engineering resources or shop time to develop the complete solution internally.
Yes.
Equipment upgrades and modifications are an important part of our work.
Projects may include adding safety features, modifying machine components, improving material handling, changing guarding, modifying production equipment, or completely reworking portions of an existing machine or production line.
The goal isn't always to replace a machine. Sometimes a well-designed modification can extend the useful life of equipment while improving its performance.
Yes.
Older manufacturing equipment can present a major maintenance challenge when replacement components are obsolete or no longer available.
We can evaluate existing components, take measurements, reverse engineer parts, develop manufacturing drawings, and fabricate or machine replacement components.
In some cases, we can also identify opportunities to improve the original design rather than simply reproducing a component that has repeatedly failed.
